These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "Account Holder") and qbaji (the "Platform", "Operator", "We", "Us", or "Our") with respect to your access and use of the online gaming and sports betting services available at qbaji.onl (the "Site").

qbaji reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any stage of the account lifecycle — including at registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, or following a period of account inactivity. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension until verification is completed.
